What a disappointment! Gâteau with 5mm thick sugar paste! We're gonna signal it and we're told it's normal. We're asking for a new order and we're told no it's not possible... why? I say it surprises me, and the seller tells me we don't usually work the sugar dough, we're a fine pastry. Clearly his answer is illogical... Pâtisserie in which I will no longer put my feet back, they knew how to make their cheese pie (at the not top passage) that they consider in fine pastry!!!!!!

We see other cakes that we decide to buy instead, small square cakes composed only of a species of gelatinous foam with a chemical taste apparently raspberry vanilla at the prices of 30 euro that was not displayed. 2 cakes that are not identical and the macarons are not talking about it.
