I waited in the drive-thru line only to find out that it was closed.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. It's only available for drive-thru pickup, but don't expect them to serve you; there's a 90% chance they'll close early and just ignore your presence.

There was eggshell in breakfast sandwich and the presentation was awfully very sloppy, the brot was not cut properly

Could someone please clarify the hours of operation? They're so inconsistent that I'm no longer interested in visiting. Are there established hours, or does it always depend on staff availability? Owners, the franchise name isn't robust enough to justify this level of unreliability.
