Our experience at the Sarkara restaurant was an exceptional moment and a great discovery. As a couple, we were able to taste the Sarkara menu and we enjoyed it, the totally vegetal menu is made wonderfully by a great pastry chef, Sébastien Vauxion, it was a delight. Each meal is carefully prepared, everything is done to make you feel good and experience is unique. All reception staff at the restaurant is welcoming, pleasant and competent, the chef and his teams are all attentive and passionate.

Amazing! Destabilizing! Delicate melts, unusual assemblies, our marks no longer exist ... Only flat, repetition of the sorbets.
