We are happy to have finally found a real artisanal crêperie. You will find a wide choice of innovative cakes, for me it was New York!! What to say about the cuisine and service of the servers!!!Many restaurants should inspire. Come on, eyes closed, it's really pure culinary happiness.

On holiday in Cancale, we desperately sought a crêperie worthy of this name! We didn’t think it was as complicated in the Crêpe country!!! Renowned rankings have directed us to Hermine and no regret! The renovated place, the quality of the cakes and the service make this crêperie worth the detour! I am not surprised that personalities go there, nothing ostentatious, no tourist trap just a good table recognized by the premises, the guides. Good value for money! I strongly recommend that you pass the door of this establishment.
