Waited over twenty minutes for a chai latte where the milk was hardly steamed it wasn’t even that hot?

10:30am Sunday w a dozen people in the place. Had steel cuts oats were good (took 15 min). iced chai latte was pure milk, no chai flavor and took 25 minutes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
