Burger King - Saint Charles

Always fresh food. Always kind service. Sparkling clean dining room every time we visit. Fast Window service and, They make fresh coffee on a regular basis. Something many burger king locations don't do.

I had sort of given up on Burger King years ago, but then I started going to this location and they always get my order correct! I just check the BK app for deals and then get the $3 double whopper with only cheese onion pickles tomato BBQ sauce. Check out this picture! Edit: I should mention that I avoid ordering food during busy hours like lunch rush so just keep that in mind.

It's not called the king because it's not good. Fast food done right

We frequent this BK as it is the only one around, and because it is a very nice place. Always excellent customer service, clean tables, just amazing especially for a fast food place.We recently went through the drive through, and one item was left out. No biggie it happens, I called and they said to just mention it next time I was in and they'd take care of me. Well last night I was at Delnor local er) pretty late and missed dinner so I figured I would stop through and redeem my item. Not only did the person over the intercom in the drive through apologize for the mishap, they told me to pick any combo and they'd add it no charge. This was so nice, especially after spending a few hours and the ER.

Supportive staff. Being vegetarian, I want proper attention to the order and no meat should be there in food; and they understood instructions properly specially the manager lady.
