Gia Mia St. Charles - Saint Charles

We had an amazing experience at the restaurant. We ordered three different appetizers and four main dishes, and everything was incredibly delicious! The staff was attentive, friendly, and polite. It's hard to understand the negative reviews of this place. I definitely plan to return and bring more friends with me!

My family and I are big fans of Gia Mia; the food quality and taste are always reliable. Generally, the staff matches that standard, but today was a different story. We had a server named Katrina who was unusually slow and unprofessional. My wife and I tried to remain calm, not wanting to upset our children and their friend.

One of my favorite pizza places! I got the Livia tonight and it did not disappoint!

Our server was one of the sweetest I have ever had! Food was great, especially the Ricotta and Honeycomb, and the atmosphere was lovely!

My mom and I had a terrible experience at this location. We arrived a little before 3:40 and most of the tables were empty. We were seated and given water and then for almost 40 minutes we sat there and no one came to ask us about drinks/appatizers, or anything else. Two other small parties came in while we were waiting and we watched both tables order their drinks and meals. While we were sitting there looking around, we saw multiple staff just standing at the counter talking. No one bothered to send someone over. We ended up leaving at 4:15 and are currently sitting at the Irish pub across the way. We already have drinks and have placed orders in less than 10 minutes. It's worth noting that I have been to the Geneva location before and that was a positive experience.
