The table shared Mozzarella sticks and potato skins - both delicious and fried mushrooms, which I would probably not order again. My only complaint is that the tables are fairly packed, so the room feels crowded, and the bathroom was tiny. Other than that, I loved it and will definitely return.
Not great, but a good location. The food around and the beer selection were very bad. Definitely no place to go if you like interesting beer because they don't have it. Grund Imbev products mainly. The Roastbeef sandwich had three large plates of Kaufett, which had to go left on the plate. Really rough, and not really very tasty or in any kind of quality bungalow / bread. The fries were fine, but not great. Of the five people at dinner, nobody thought the food was very good. Unfortunately, they were not very helpful to allow someone with five people on the outside deck. We are there for eight inside, where the seats are quite boring to something interesting. It's not a terrible experience for lunch, but I would never go there again if I had any options. Given the fact that all agreed on the table, I feel it only fair to give this level of rather incompatible review. I saved you the picture of the belt I hope you appreciate it!
Wonderful experience! This was our first visit to this lovely restaurant. We ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich, the Riverwalk sandwich, and a Speck cheeseburger. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday, but we only had to wait 2 minutes for a table. Nina was our server and she did an excellent job. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and we had a great lunch. The fries were particularly tasty. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience.
While in St. Louis, we stumbled upon Saint Charles, a beautiful and serene area reminiscent of the time of Louis and Clark. The restaurant we found was a three-story establishment with multiple dining rooms, a bar, and indoor and outdoor terrace seating. We were warmly welcomed and seated on an indoor terrace overlooking the water. Our meal started with a half-order of perfectly cooked and delicious ravioli served with Marinara sauce. For our main courses, my wife ordered a French dip sandwich and I opted for a Creole Black Chicken sandwich with a side of red beans and creole rice, both dishes were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The only downside was the pricing, but overall, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
Good food, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. They have really large, handmade mozzarella sticks, available in a whole or half order. They're worlds better than most places that just serve cheese sticks that come off the Sysco truck.
