Roux Royale Bistro - Saint Charles

I celebrated my friend Terri's birthday at the restaurant, where she is a regular. It was a big evening, and the staff was amazing!

This place is a hidden gem. The food is incredibly delicious, and the drinks are excellent. They frequently offer new specials, and the staff is really friendly and attentive. Although it's not the biggest venue, if you manage to find a seat, you're in for a fantastic experience. Their events are always a blast!

I really enjoy dining here; the atmosphere and service are fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking something new to try. While I particularly love the burgers, you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The terrace is a wonderful spot to watch a game when the weather is nice!

The service was pretty good. (I think she said her name was bad. nice job, morgan! eating was pretty good. half cajun, half others that work for me. jambalaya had something too much tomat for us, but the taste was great. my daily special lou burger. I think they should add this to the permanent menu. the meat and bbq sauce taste was perfect. fries (cold wedges are much better than average. good drinks too. they also had live music on a Sunday afternoon. good band. oh, and I must admit, the name is pretty clever as it is on rue royale. I am still not the biggest fan of new stepford town, but I would definitely come back to this place.

Great atmosphere in a very tiny restaurant. They are usually very busy and seating is limited. But wait time is not very long and service is fairly speedy. If you are just in New Town to visit, this would be a great place to eat. There are a few other small places, but you will get the most variety here.
