Faster service, but they gave the wrong sauce and left eating. very sad. thank you for stealing my money?

I guess the manager was the one who answered the phone, but I called and said that I was given the wrong food and he told me to come back for a replacement. who sits on the head seems to hate his job really because I told him that I have a replacement job and you could just breathe him, I am annoying. I would prefer a refund

If they like taco bell they visit the location on the zumbehl road hwy 70 and ask for ty. he is a pleasure to deal with and always has a smile. I have treated him several times in extremely busy times and still he has a smile for you. I guarantee they will not be disappointed with the service or eating. I've never been in the building. my circumvent with ty was only in the thru running window, but in this day and age....Customer service seems to be a thing of pastness, so it is absolutely refreshing!

This is the only tb in the opposite that gives a 10% veterans/seniors discount! some of the others give only one soda that it costs about 10 cent. Too bad. thx tb on to feel. Maybe others could learn from you. btw, eating is proportial correct, whether in burritos, tacos, etc.

The lobby has been closed since Covid. They never reopened. Couldn’t even go in to get my to go order I placed to pick up INSIDE. Had to wait in their SLOW drive thru which I ordered ahead for pick up inside to AVOID. Stop being lazy and OPEN UR LOBBY.
