Food is always fresh and tasty. Many elements on the menu, so there is something for everyone. Just a note, wings are oven bakers when you are a crispy wing eater, caution.
OMG! I'm not a foodie, but I sent pictures. So much food, plan to go home. Only the salad and the bread was a meal that was also amazing. My husband loved the roasted pepper dip oil. I had Veal Oscar, my husband had Lasagna and the tomato sauce was so fresh. We look forward to going back and try more selections from their large menu.
My husband and I were traveling and decided to stop here for lunch based on prior reviews. We had never been here and were a bit concerned because we pulled off I81 and drove about 3 miles down a mountain with nothing but trees in sight. When we got there, we were very surprised to find a fairly new-looking plaza, We were quickly seated. Madison was our GREAT waitress! She was very sweet, attentive, and great at her job.. We ordered the Classic Brooklyn Pizza with hot sausage and kalamata olives. It came out very fast and absolutely delicious! I wish this restaurant was here in NY because it was the best pizza I have had in a very long time. We saw many other menu items being delivered to other diners and it all looked delicious. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely stop here again. HIGHLY recommend this place!
So this is a margarita pizza with ricotta cheese, sweet sausage and carmelized onions We sent it back as the onions are no way near caramelized. We told waitress she said VITTO SAID THEY ARE CARMELIZED AND THERE NOT REMAKING IT chefs out therr are carmelized onions supposed to have a crunch and be white. Caramelization or caramelisation is the browning of sugar, a process used extensively in cooking for the resulting sweet nutty flavor and brown color. The brown colors are produced by three groups of polymers: caramelans, caramelens, and caramelins.
