I had lunch and specials were almost all around 9 dollars and it came with hot tea, soup, egg roll, chicken fried rice, the duck. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and provided quick service. I definitely come back!
Here for the first time after moving to the area recently tried and had no good luck finding a decent Chinese restaurant. Wong's garden was exactly what I was looking for. They have reflected the old restaurant feeling and their food and recipe, which is a good quality. We ordered pot stickers as shown below and they are filled with delicious cuts of pork. I didn't feel that blooming guilt after eating here that you feel from some restaurants and everything was cooked for perfection. This may have been my first time, but it won't be my last. The staff was friendly and wore the right PPE to prevent the spread of germs.
Good lunch. Good service. Tso Chicken was very crispy with tasteful white meat, but the sauce was a little bland. Hot and acid soup was scaled hot, so I had to wait halfway through the duck to let it cool enough to eat, but it was well seasoned. Egg roll had shrimps, which was a nice surprise. Substituting hot/sour for egg drops was $3.95 extra, which seemed like a little, but the soup was excellent.
5 stars because their food is always brilliant. If you randomly call for an execution and a young, more English-speaking girl on the phone you see out. She is as rude as possible and confused our last order. Besides her, the personal food is always good!
This place is truly a gem in St. Clair Shores. The food is delicious and the owner Kim is the nicest, sweetest lady. They have the best almond chicken and wonton soup. The cream cheese wontons are delicious as well!!!
