Red Lobster Saint Clairsville

The restaurant wasn't busy, and we were seated promptly at a table in the back. After waiting over 10 minutes, a waitress finally came to our table.

We sat at our table for over ten minutes without anyone coming to serve us. At least four different waiters passed by without acknowledging us or recognizing that we were customers. I have dined at this restaurant before and the service was excellent, so this experience was a disappointing contrast. Additionally, the restaurant was not busy at all. I'm quite disappointed.

Our server, Sarah, was fantastic. She was wonderful and treated our family with great kindness. I hope we get the chance to have her serve us again next time. The food was very good, and I would definitely recommend it.
