Firehouse Subs St. Cloud - Saint Cloud

Ordered 2 large sandwiches $25 extra lettuce. When I got home No lettuce at all. Tiffany is very rude. She should not be manager of any store. Never again. My favorite restaurant is firehouse Kissimmee. Very clean and the manager is EXCELLENT ????

Tiffany is one of the best service providers i have seen. She welcomed everyone into the store. She welcomed each of the oncoming shift employees as well. She brought napkins to the table and even offered to refill my drink for me. She called thecustomer by name when she spoke to them. Tiffany is very courteous and respectful. Cant ask for much more than that.

I like Firehouse subs. But today's visit wasn't what I expected and left hungry. I agree with some of the other reviews, don't order through Uber pickup. I placed my order then was notified that it was ready. I went during my lunch break expecting to pickup my order. I walk in wasn't greeted, wasn't acknowledged. They were busy filling other orders and I waited over 10 min forsome help. Nothing. I cancelled my order through Uber because it was taking too long. Please don't tell me an order is ready forpickup drive there then have to wait. Won't be ordering from this location again.

Gave me wrong food. Very slow. Had a lot of people waiting while they were just Messing around. I?m not one to complain but there staff is horrible.

Delicious as always. Only wish to they had another location in the area.
