Jimmy Johns - Saint Cloud

My husband and I went to a show at the bar across the street and then decided to grab a sandwich at Jimmy John's. I was pretty frazzled because my purse had just been stolen, so I wasn't really in the mood to eat. The staff there were incredibly supportive and insisted that I order, even going so far as to not charge me for my sub! Their kindness and generosity made a huge difference to me during that tough time. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you for your kindness! 10/10!

Exceptional experience! It's not often that you leave a sub shop feeling like a VIP, but this place truly impressed me. My sub was made exactly as I ordered, with top-notch quality. Every team member went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this Jimmy John's location!

I had a really disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. When I called, the person on the line said, "Jimmy John's downtown, please hold," and then I was placed on hold for 30 minutes without anyone checking in on me. This was the longest wait time I've ever experienced, and all I wanted was a sandwich. They answered the phone but never took me off hold. Frustrated, I decided to place my order online, despite the long wait on the phone. I'm worried that I might never receive my sandwich.

We dropped by after attending a large wedding, and the restaurant was lively and busy. With eight of us in the group, I was impressed by how efficiently the staff managed the crowd. My sandwich was prepared in no time; it was nearly ready by the time I finished my payment! The service was remarkably swift, and everything was prepared with great care. Over our three-day stay, we found ourselves dining here twice a day!

I always enjoy ordering from this location! The staff is friendly, and the service is incredibly quick! It only took 9 minutes and 50 seconds from the time I placed my order until my sandwich arrived at my location. Thank you!
