Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken

The lady at the register was wiping snot from Her nose then didn’t even wash her hands...then start touching our items that our food was going in/touching.. and with out washing her hands.... then when we said something she acted like we where in the wrong...: I do not recommend this KFC....

I've lived in the area for 11 years, and still have not had a problem free experience or visit. There's always a problem every time we go , always an excuse, half the time they're out of chicken, you're a chicken place how can you continually be out of chicken! you have a 50-50 shot as to how friendly the server will be, and then they close early all the time. I'm not normally a complainer, look up my name on Google reviews , I've done well over a hundred reviews and 98% are positive five star reviews. I usually try and find the best in places, but I can't even find mediocrity in this store. if you're in the mood for KFC, hopefully you have the opportunity to go by a different store. my wife and I stop at the Forest Lake store whenever we're in the cities to avoid the nonstop drama in excuses of the St Croix Falls KFC.

All would have been great had I gotten the sauces I asked for. Literally got a tiny pouch of honey when I asked for 3 sauces. It's nothing you can dip you chicken in either. Disappointed to get home and find this. Half my fault for not checking the bag tho... ?

I went there on Friday and I wanted a bucket of Original. They just sold out of it and I would have about a 10-11wait. So I waited, it was delicious! The young man that waited and me was very pleasant, friendly and was also the same way to the other people that came in. The building was clean, the sidewalk was clear and the parking lot was in great shape. I will go back again!

Not the first experience I've had here... The past THREE times we haven't received silverware in the bag. It's to the point where we have to remind them. No biggie. I only come here for the chicken tenders and at dinner time they didn't have chicken tenders because they're too cold. She said they'll be unavailable for the rest of the night. I was SO looking forward to KFC since it is my favorite fast food joint, but the one in St. Croix Falls has repeatedly let me down.
