Very well located, wonderful people and good food! The cooking class was our favourite stage in France. Very informative and so delicious. We made the vegetarian menu and it was perfect. Six of us (four adults and two girls) attended the family cooking class on Thanksgiving Day. It was wonderful! The highlight of our trip to Dordogne. Chef Ian was simply delicious and made the experience very fun for everyone. He was very sensitive to food allergies and worked with us to create a delicious regional and seasonal meal that we all enjoyed. We look forward to recreating the recipes at home. We had a fantastic time. The market visit was enlightening and Ian is an extraordinary teacher. In fact, the whole experience has been so good that my husband (who is a reticent cook) will cook the same menu for our guests and he can't wait to reproduce these dishes in our kitchen!
