Complete deception! Cold hamburger, barely luke warm and somewhat pink, cooked enough? Poutine made with frozen fries. This is Quebec, fresh cut potatoes are king. Cheese was good as it is a cheese factory’s outlet. Too busy? Had to wait in line to get served, definitely NOT worth it.

We had a great breakfast served by friendly people. Bought a few bags of cheese from the cheese counter. There were many other local products available for purchase (BBQ sauce, jams, candies, ect)

Very good food, be prepared for a wait if you arrive around lunch time. It is worth the wait, the poutine was delicious, the portions are very generous. Curd cheese for sale next to the restaurant is fresh and has the expected squeak.
