Tim Hortons - Saint-Donat-De-Montcalm

The restaurant has inconsistent opening hours (I requested it to open at 6:00 a.m., but it wasn't open even by 7:20 a.m.). Additionally, it frequently runs out of items that are still listed on the menu!

You're close, but your website says you're open—WOW! That's not very professional. Plus, my father had to make a trip for nothing this morning, which is really disappointing!

They don’t adhere to their posted opening hours, and when we arrived, they told us they weren’t ready...

To be honest, I can understand if there are issues with the restrooms or if you've run out of croissants. But running out of bread? That's hard to understand. This location has got to be the worst place to stop. The older woman at the cash register seemed confused about how to use the POS system and was blaming the kitchen staff for making mistakes when it was actually her typing errors. The line was incredibly long, and my advice is to skip this place altogether and keep driving to find somewhere better!

This Tim Hortons location is clean and well-maintained, although it's a bit on the small side. It's conveniently situated next to a gas station, but it has a separate entrance, which I appreciate. I’m not a fan of Tim Hortons inside gas stations, as they often have limited inventory, so I'm glad to have this one in Saint-Donat. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and even converse with us in English. I highly recommend this place!
