The staff made mistakes with my order and took a long time to serve me, even though I had ordered using the mobile app. On my last visit, they told me they were closing early due to a shortage of staff. It seems that the employees they do have are not well-trained. I ordered a sandwich, a cold vanilla drink, a muffin, and 10 timbits. They told me they couldn't make the sandwich I ordered and substituted something else without asking. I had to remind them to give me my drink, muffin, and timbits separately. Eventually, I received an iced cappuccino instead of my vanilla drink, which was spilled and they did not provide a napkin to clean it up. I arrived at 11:55 and left at 12:10, leaving me with barely enough time to eat before returning to work. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time now, but I have noticed the same issue happening repeatedly. This issue needs to be resolved.
Good service speed, proper covid procedures and overall cleanliness inside. Outside garbages where overfilled and spilling over. Staff was friendly and courteous.
It was terrible. No one to serve.They should close the store if they don't have staff to work. I left before ordering. Will not stop there again
Verry poor and slow service at the drivethrough. Ridiculous and it's not like the cars in front of me ordered something big or complicated...
