Pizza Hut St-eustache - Saint-Eustache

Ordered online, ordered online, ordered online, closed to pizza hut for collection and restaurant. I was wasting my time there and gas. I called the pizza hut and said I'll get a refund in 5 to 10 days. just terrible.

I was highly disappointed by the customer service and the management of pizza hut St-Eustache. it was not the first time that we received a decreasing attitude from the young girl at the theke. After submitting an online order, she contacted me to inform me that there were no more tomats. her ton was arrogant, her responses were unprofessional and I felt as if it was my fault that they had no tomaten! she practically ordered me to change the pizza and hanged on me when I decided to keep the same pizza without tomato. my man picked up the pizza, came home, and we realized that the order was missing 2 items. Please note that this was the third in which our order was incomplete. my man returned to pizza hat, asked about the manager gabriel, and gabriel was very unhelpful. he gave the articles and knew very well that the pizza was 20 minutes cold, and we really expected a better managerial service to leave. preheat of how we speak to eat a soggy pizza, after 40 minutes of our time and journey. we will certainly order our pizzas from domino. I wish I could have given 0 stars for the service.

The cheese is never spread properly so there?s usually a big percentage of sauce that?s not covered. Tonight I ordered extra sauce but still had the same problem. Some pieces had almost half no cheese. The middle of the pizza was 100% raw. Not even solid on the bottom. I don?t complain much and I really wanted my pizza but I couldn?t eat it. This pizza made me physically ill. I called the restaurant to complain but they wouldn?t deliver. They said I?d have to come back to exchange it or accept a credit. So I asked to speak to a manager. He told me that it might be true that my pizza was undercooked, I was lying about the cheese because he put it on himself. He told me that the dough probably wasn?t even raw but it was just soggy because of the pineapple. The dough was so raw that you could literally roll it in to a ball. After talking down to me and making me feel like a total jerk for complaining, he finally said fine, he would have a pizza delivered. He was quite disrespectful and I told him I wasn?t even sure I?d trust a pizza from him given his demeanour. I give two stars because the second pizza was good, they made sure to cover the whole thing with cheese this time. Final thoughts: I will always love Pizza Hut but I will never be visiting this location again.

Horrible pizza makers. We took the pan pizza which is an excellent product when done right. Some slices had barely any cheese, large areas of exposed crust. It also lacked sauce and the bottom of the crust wasn't crispy like it should have been.

Please be advise that they do not have dine in anymore and you only find out once you are there ....I had called before..too bad
