Bara Vin Le Methurin - Saint-Florent

We stumbled across this bar/restaurant one night whilst staying in Saint Florent. We found the waiter welcoming the wine list was good, however could do with explanation of what the wines are etc. We had the cheese burger the mezze of tapas, both delicious! The mezze of tapas was very large, everything on it was lovely and full of flavour and contained local dishes. The menu is very small and basic, however it was delicious.

The service was rude and hasty. We asked for 5 wines from the list and none of them was available so we had to drink what the waiter wanted us to drink. When we go inside to pay we see that at least 2 of those wines were in the fridge. The yellow-haired waited instead of telling us that he wanted to go home asap treated us as dummies. Very bad experience

Looks great.. We ordered the tapas mezze. Lots of different tapas on one plate. At best the dishes were luke warm...fish, kebab, mini burger, something in a scooped out courgette. Disappointing, could not recommend.

Service was quick and nice. The hamburgers served were quite good too and it all was for a fair price too. I recommend this place.

On c'est installé en terrasse pour manger des tapas, mais un Mr avec les cheveux blancs collés très stressé (qui avait qu'une idée en tête, c'est de faire tourner ces tables )est venu nous demander ce qu'on buvait, quand j'ai demandé la carte, il m'a dit que je n'avais pas besoin de carte, inutile de vous dire que lorsque j'ai vraiment voulu la carte il n'a pas été du tout agréable Quand je m'assois à un bar à tapas, c'est pour passer un moment sympathique mais surtout pas pour être accueilli comme ça !!!Du coup j'ai du partir avant d'être servi.
