Cousins Subs - Saint Francis

Usually very fast service even if they are busy. I had some mix-ups with my order in the past, but they were nothing that could not be treated as soon as sandwich was opened at home. I will continue using this place, as I said, they do their best to handle the orders during a rush, and I have always found the facility clean and well maintained. All were friendly and accommodating. Another star is in the future, when the other clientele remembers that the social dispute is still a good thing to practice, especially the collection of services, which usually focus on the expectation of special attention. Maybe a dedicated pickup spot on the counter only for them because they believe they have some kind of emergency priority. Kudos to all employees who deal with us all.

Fries were fresh, perfectly salted and hot! Customer service was good and the staff was friendly. Kiddos only wanted Pommes and Sodas this time, but this place has never disappointed us. The food is fresh and tastes good. We love cousins. It doesn't matter to wait a bit for fresh hot frits or hot subs. Love that there is a ride thru at this place! Can still get my favorites. Go on!

Let me tell you about this location on East Layton Ave. in St. Francis, WI. Now I love cousins, but... no matter how busy or not busy, and no matter how busy or underoccupied they are.. It takes FOREVER, order our food on the phone, wait for our food to be made and wait until they give us our order. I understand it, they are a very busy location, but I was in many other places that are also super busy and underoccupied and NIE takes almost as long as the others.
