Faklandia Brewing - Saint Francis

I attended a patio party and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and were very accommodating. The food was fantastic. The beer was also fantastic. I highly recommend trying their seasonal Pineapple Ale as it is not overly sweet as I find a ton of fruit beers to be. Well done everyone. Thanks for a wonderful first night out with my new baby : .

Faklandia is always a great experience! They have delicious appetizers and entree options, and plenty of unique styles of beer to try. I personally love their selections of fruity and sour beers the best. The cocktails are good as well. They had live music both inside and outdoors this most recent time we went which was a nice surprise. They also sell Pokémon cards here and I love to browse what they have.

A good sized interior with several rooms and plenty of table seating. They brew their own beers but I have been following a zero alcohol diet so did not sample any. Sampling of individual beers is readily available though. Staff was attentive and friendly. Menu shows a good variety of items available. The Chicken wings were delicious with a good number of flavors and dips available. My son goes here regularly for the gaming availability. This was my first visit and I will likely be back. I did use the rest room. Everything is modern, no touch and very sanitary. It was a hot summer day but the interior was comfortably cool. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I just have to say the past few times we've gone here the entire experience and food has gone down and down each time. The first time here was great pizza, beer, and service were awesome. That was at least 2 years ago though. The most recent time here (2 weeks ago) was not great. The service was poor (but the servers themselves were very nice) and very impersonal with the new way of ordered on your phone. I don't even know the name of the server as he didn't tell us. We had our 4 year old and baby with us and sat outside. The patio is great and the music was awesome! The beer was okay, not bad but nothing amazing. The food was subpar... mostly due to the fact that the food was forgotten, got cold, attempted to be reheated, and then was gross. My daughter said the pizza was disgusting and she was right, I couldn't eat more than one bite. It was NOT like their old pizza, which used to be so good. My husband said his pulled pork was okay but was cold in some bites and lukewarm otherwise. His cornbread was dry and inedible. AFTER we paid on the app and decided to just call it a night to go home and feed our now very hungry and grumpy child, the server admitted it was his error and he'd forgotten our pizza and sandwich. He didn't admit his mistake (which I understand happens) until after my child said the cheese pizza was disgusting. I'd already paid and he didn't appear to know what to do. He ended up giving us a few free beer cards that are essentially useless because we probably won't be coming back. I emailed them 11 days ago about our poor experience and no one has contacted me back in that time. All we would have liked was a refund on the pizza and sandwich meal. I will say that my fish fry was really good and that came out in a timely fashion.

Unfortunately the quality and service dramatically dropped after switching to ordering from the app. Not only do you not get service, so you might as well door dash elsewhere. But when we ordered 2 medium rare, or pink burgers, we got one pink with raw bacon and one burnt with burnt bacon. The cheese curds were so overcooked that the were like an awkward dry gum. Another time we went there, the mozzarella sticks didn 't have any cheese in them from sitting in the frier too long. When we told them about the problem with the order last time, they just grabbed the food and walked away. They said if it wasn 't good, they would get rid of it but never replaced it... The app ordering has removed all of the responsibility on the waiting staff and service has dropped to an all time low... It 's really sad to see because we used to go there weekly and referred it to a bunch of people and now myself and them have all had similar experiences. Disappointed to see such a good restaurant drop their quality so much. Now they 're not much more than just another dive bar with expensive beer...
