They literally don’t know how to do anything and ALWAYS get everything wrong haha.The best part is, they never get any better.PRO TIP: Place your order with the manager girl, 90% probability anyone else will fumble your order. This is not an exaggeration.
Rude young lady at register. Maybe train your employees to say hello especially when it's said twice to them instead of taking a drink and looking at you like they are mute. This was my second time at location and I chose not to make a purchase simply because the lack of professionalism. First time was wonderful but I think I'll just make a further drive from now on.
I came in towards the end of the night a little before closing and the two girls working were very friendly and accommodating. I will be back.
Great food, good service. We didn't have to wait for our food for more than 15 minutes. They also had great cocktails and the staff was very nice and professional.
I ordered a pizza for my family and a gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese for myself, as I have severe dietary allergies, and when we drove home and unwrapped the pizzas to bake them, I noticed that mine did not have a gluten free crust, it was a wheat crust like the other, and there was dairy cheese on it. I called the store to try to order a replacement, but no one answered. I called the customer service number and there also was no answer, so I emailed customer service, who offered me a small discount on a future purchase. What a joke.Thank goodness I noticed the difference, and didn’t get really sick from eating it, but what a completely unacceptable experience.Update: finally got in touch with the new manager, who was appalled, immediately refunded me for the pizza I ordered but was unable to eat, and gave me a voucher for 2 free pizzas. Now that’s customer service. ??
