It's been converted beautifully with exposed beams, an open log burning fire andduring the summer doors which lay open to field views. Service is discreet and efficient and the 26 euro 5 course lunch menu great value for money. Portions are generous and beautifully presented. A home-made mackerel pate is offered with aperos as an amuse bouche. The four in our party allchose differently and everyone was delighted with their choice. I personally recommend the warm goats cheese "croustillant", chicken stuffed with langoustine and wild mushrooms in a vermouth sauce. A rather unusual type of welsh rarebit is offered for the cheese course (bit too filling), followed by sweets which are home made. The menu is offered for dinner too and I imagine the place ould be quite magical and intimate at night, with only 30 or so diners. Toilets are clean and uniquely french! Would highly recommend.

This relatively new restaurant was smuggled by the main road towards Lucon city centre and next to Teq Bowling is a pleasure. It was beautifully rebuilt with exposed beams, an open log burning fire and during the summer doors that open for field views. Service is...discreet and efficient and the 26 Euro 5 course lunch menu great value for money. Portions are generous and beautifully presented. A homemade mackerel pate is offered with Aperos as Amuse Bouche. The four in our party allchose different and everyone was thrilled with their choice. I personally recommend the warm goat cheese croustillant, chicken filled with longustine and wild mushrooms in a wormwood sauce. A rather unusual type of welsh rarebit is offered for the cheese course (please fill), followed by candy made at home. The menu is also offered for dinner and I think that the place at night could be quite magical and intimate, with only 30 or so diners. Toilets are clean and unique French! Would highly recommend.
Un peu éloigné de la route, cet établissement mérite sérieusement le détour. Cuisine gastronomique tout à fait abordable.
