Auberge La Diligence

In a large area full of stories, the inn of Diligence is in the middle of nature in the Monts du Pilât. Large parking lots, two large dining rooms: park side, courtyard side. On the park side, a shaded wooded area with a beautiful romantic entrance. Very practical walkways lead to a large terrace. It is a remarkable place for major events but also seminars. You have to reserve to be certain that you can benefit from all these facilities. Here you can sleep in beautifully furnished rooms with Italian shower, double or kingsize beds in the so-called junior rooms 95 € but also in dormitories or medium rooms. Beautiful views of the inner courtyard with a beautiful black horse sculpture. Because the estate was once a small castle whose corner towers are the remains well preserved then a relay for the diligences. The meals are prepared by a caterer within the Domaine with fresh, tasteful products. Everything can be made from the tray in service to the plate. Animations are offered for guests to the wedding on the terrace. The vast premises are easily suited to side events for children or others. On the occasion of a wedding, we were able to see the reception capacity of the Auberge, we enjoyed the quality of the animations, the super friendly reception, the professionalism of the staff, dedicated, efficient and discreet. No false note everything was superbly organized. It was a real moment of intense pleasure. We highly recommend the inn of Diligence. A special mention to the host who managed to organize this great moment of joy that will remain in our minds for a long time.

The frame is really nice: we were in the small room that can accommodate about 50 guests. We were 35 with 1 very pro staff, with small care that served us a quality meal. It's the second time in two years that we're invited to and I have to say it was perfect. Hotel level: the rooms are in new condition with beautiful services.

A bucolic setting, 16th century castle, refined cuisine, all the ingredients are there to enter the Grands courtyard, but the account is not yet there. The buffet formulas are not at will, especially at the key moment of cheeses and desserts. A ball of ice per person, not 2, a half-gate instead of an integer.As for overbooked staff, it does not have the leisure to ensure conviviality. Management has to move forward, competition is there, without strings.

Go there without any hesitation, everything is perfect, from the beginning to the end, and even the Brunch on Sunday morning, staff very available and friendly...The dormitories or rooms no road concern after the evening... We spent the awakening there, we could not enter the room when we arrived at the indicated time because everything was not ready so we waited in the cold and rain... The interior was very well decorated and the atmosphere was at the rendezvous. However, we could see large wires of dust on the walls (old buildings).
