Sure, a little narrow, but it's worth a little tightening! flavors come from elsewhere open appetite as soon as the arrival. the menu of the day offers a beautiful and large plate of fresh vegetables salad with magically spicy sauce. the rest of the meal is as delicate. the staff is very kind and the service is relatively followed. Our passage in the name mandala coffee was very pleasant, we were able to test the fresh, original and tasty food of the patron saint. the Ariegean burger was as good as surprising, with unexpected oriental flavours. The salads are always delicious and original with their many well-matched components. the lunch is to take the dish of the day, in the evening we have the choice on the map with input, dish and dessert. special mention for dessert fruit soup that was excellent. Also to be noted, the plates are very generous.

Originality and flavors of dishes, excellent reception and service. So we did not hesitate to return several times to this atypical and charming restaurant during our holiday week in Saint-Girons! We were able to test different dishes of the map (which can also evolve according to the inspiration of the cheff) and have, each time, taken a lot of pleasure to taste them. Careful, the plates are particularly copied. You must avoid having eyes bigger than the belly because it would be a shame not to finish the dish! not to be missed during your passage in ariège!
