He's rude, we went to lunch and he told us that the table where we were going to sit was occupied, two ladies came and sat on the edge then he told us that he had to install a large table. Then I told him to sit at the other empty tables and he told me that they were occupied... unbelievably, I told him that we could sit inside, all empty, he said grossly that it wasn't the time, that it had been an hour (12:30). I told him he didn't understand and he repeated it shouting. Apparently, he doesn't want to serve clients who are not of his nationality and sends us back with excuses and bad ways.
