St gregoria is approx. 45 minutes drive from st malo (in good traffic,) so ideal for the 1st night after the arrival with the ferry. it is only from the N137 and close to ikea at pace when they have to do a bit shopping! we stay...at oceana hotel, 5 minutes to foot from this restaurant. this year we have seen an improvement of the menu and the quality of the food and services at L’Alsace. we arrived at around 19 hours yesterday and were the first in the restaurant. we noticed that the manager sit diners after us arrive at various tables around the restaurant, so that we are not all sitting next to each other. tick 1. not all restaurants do that as employees like customers close to so that the waiting staff does not have to go far. it was nice to have the room and not to hear the conversation of another table. we ordered an aperitif and our food at the same time and they offered to keep the food until we finished our aperitif. tick 2. Eat arrived immediately and was excellent. a new cook certainly made a difference. quality and choice upgraded. we chose the menu gourmande and were very satisfied with a 3 cursor menu for 29 €. we had oysters, then 1 confit of duck and 1 grilled bream, followed by a tiramisu takin and a cream brûlée. superb

Was in a hotel where the restaurant was closed! drive them 1 mile to this place recommended by the hotel. I enjoy a very nice chouc route! very good food, good service.

Have been in this restaurant numerous paintings with colleagues and alone and service was always very good and happy. I have tried numerous items on the menu and all were satisfactory and some were great. they make very beautiful lamb jam and duck jam....Wine list is small but very sufficient. I'll be back.
