Every aspect of the dishes we ordered sucked. The chicken was dry and bland, the garlic sauce had no seasoning, the salad was soggy but the worst was the falafel! What we were sent can't even be called falafel! The balls we so hard we could barely cutthrough them with a kitchen knife! Texture was like eating sand! Felt like day old, double or triple fried balls of gravel...Completely unedible! Avoid this restaurant. They obviously dont care about the food they serve.
I don't believe the other reviews truly represent my experience at Basha. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. My wife enjoyed the vegetarian plate, which she absolutely loved. I had the beef wrap, and it was excellent. However, the highlight for me was the side of potatoes topped with garlic sauce. I’m not exaggerating when I say they might be the best potatoes I've ever tasted. If I lived in this area, I would definitely be dining here a couple of times a month.
I received an incomplete order and the wrong pita. I'm very disappointed.
I just received my delivery, and in the chicken plate, they only included salad and chicken. Where is my rice, and where are the potatoes? This isn't the first time this has happened, but I can assure you it will be the last time I order from here.
