However, the food was good, particularly the crepes which were decently prepared. Unfortunately, the coffee was very weak. On the positive side, the place was clean.
I arrived at the restaurant at 7 am sharp, like an early bird.
Poor service. One elderly lady seats, serves and does everything. Good food though. Crepes were okay and well presented. Coffee was very weak. Place was clean.
We went there (boulevard Saint Laurent ouest) on a Thursday around 11, there was not a lot of people.. We receive our plates within a reasonable amount of time but the food was really not up to our expectations! The bacon was almost raw, our eggs were overcooked even when we precised to the waitress that we wanted the white well cook and the yolk melting and the yolk was fully cooked! When we asked her to replace them she answered us that we should have asked for regular eggs?? Basically telling us that it was our fault! We specifically asked for the yolks to be runny and they came completely cooked! How is that our fault?!? Moreover, the potatoes were either not cook or burnt! Anyway we waited for about 20 minutes for her to come and pick up our empty plates.. She never came back for coffee.. We were clearly waiting while she passed over and over again to clean other tables as if she couldnt see us! Overall bad food and bad service.. We are never going back since it is not the first time that this happens!
My second time in Montreal. I was visiting my niece and nephew. They live in Longueuil, Quebec. I love french toasts and the raspberry sauce, was so delight. The fruits come together, so beautiful and special, giving a final touch and decor. Cute dish and delicious. The place is perfect for brunch....
