Very very disappointing serviceOrder by phone at 6:15 p.m. I am told it will take 30 minutesArriving on site at 6:50 p.m., I was told that it would be ready for 7:15 p.m., returned at 7:15 p.m., went back to see the employees and told me it wouldn't take long, it was an order that took about 8-10 minutes to make, I finally got my order at 8:15 p.m.
I ordered a nice big take out online for two, starters included,at 5:15 p.m. which had to be ready by 5:45-5:55 p.m. When I got there, the guy, in no hurry, told me that he hadn't received an order, but that he could make one for me and charge me. I told him we were going to have bubble tea, me and my girlfriend. When it's time to choose the pearls it's poorly identified. He realizes that he didn't have the sugar to make it, but he offers to make it for me without sugar and gives me that too. So we let it happen and we leave. On the other hand, online, I was charged for the order that I did not receive, and it was a shame to call the manager to get a refund when she told me to call door dash for my refund when emails and bank statements said Store Miyoko Sushi. The refund deadline was resolved after 4 days.
Honestly one of the worst sushi I've eaten. The rice was so dry.
Les sushis sont de bonnes qualités, rien à dire de ce côté.Cependant, planifier de commander très en avance car à chaque fois il y a d’énormes délais.Verifier votre commande/facture car il y a souvent des erreurs et des oublies dans la commande qui sont toutefois chargés sur la facture.Parking: Facile de se stationner
