I placed an order online for a birthday cake and was helped by Kate. I had an excellent experience, they were very helpful and responsive and the cake is beautiful!

Placed my order 2 weeks before my event, super easy to place the order, the cake was AMAZING! Everyone was raving about it.

I ordered the salted caramel chocolate cake. I was very disappointed how little salted caramel there was. The caramel was not evenly distributed in between the layers of the cake. The cake itself was mediocre.

Beautiful cake for reasonable prices but it didn't exceed expectations regarding taste

After another bakery was non-responsive to my order request, I came across Bluebird Cakery in a Google search. Unlike the other company, I received a quick reply from Anna. Placing an order online was quick and easy and when snow postponed my event, Bluebird was understanding and able to store my order for a couple extra days.The guests at my event loved the cupcakes.Summary: Delicious cupcakes and amazing customer service! I will definitely order from here again and will refer others here too!
