The lasagna bolognese is $10 and coffee $2.50. It's counter service and they don't ask for tips. Food is fresh and tasty. Someone here cares about quality. Outdoor seating has shaded areas that are great for scorching days. Quiet neighbourhood. Nice place for a leisurely chat. Unlike other al fresco dining experiences where you're inches away from traffic.
My favorite go-to place to get my lunch/dinner before work. I visit atleast 1-3 times weekly, love the salads, sandwiches, cheese, and natas. Great ambience, and the staff working there are SUPER HELPFUL too. Thank-you Bosa Foods! Obrigado!
Amazing authentic Italian food store with I incredible deli and sandwich section. I highly recommend going there having your food drink al fresco!
Bosa foods is a great store. The olives in the glass display are simply amazing. If you like olives and usually buy cans/jars, you must try Bosa 's. Also a great selection of cheeses at good prices. We found smoked paprika there as well which is super tastes like bacon! A huge selection of dry/fridged pastas. Why not 5 stars? I 'm a chocoholic and I was very surprised they don 't carry gourmet Italian chocolates. Maybe in the future.. In the pics are two amazing types of olives. The Hercules are very 'meaty ' almost like portobello mushrooms, and the aftertaste is like wine. The Cergnola are very fresh and vibrant. The Cervelat salami is very different from other Cervelats I 've had Bosa 's is very smoky. All delicious. Compared to Urban Fare and Whole Foods, I think Bosa 's products are priced very fairly. Update from last trip went to get cheeses for Christmas fondue. I got the classic Swiss trio Appenzeller, Gruyere, and Emmentaler. Also grabbed some olives as usual. Along with the fruity Castelvetrano olives, I also got Picholine. Delicious. I will say that the pitted Castelvetrano were not as firm and bright tasting as the one with pits. I recommend the one with pits. Of course, had to get some cold cuts as well. Everything made an amazing table. So if you will make fondue, definitely stop by Bosa for cheese. OK, changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. I do not care if they do not have Italian gourmet chocolate now as their products are so amazing! Got some Gypsy salami nice and spicy, and Finocchiona (with fennel salami which was out of this world. I noticed that they cut the salamis different thicknesses. The Finocchiona was the thinnest but so soft and incredible flavour. Also got Schiacciate olives. They were briny, meaty, and a little spicy delicious! My best find was tinned mussels in olive oil. This is the first time in my life I have found tinned (or jarred seafood in olive oil. Usually it is industrial seed oils so I am excited to try this. By the way, they have one of the cleanest store bathrooms I have seen. Especially during covid where a lot of bathrooms have been closed, this is especially appreciated. A small amount of underground parking but free on surrounding streets. A great salami plate and salty olives with coffee and pancakes. I 'll eat Bosa for breakfast, lunch, and dinner : Daniel
Love this place!! I live in Naramata and stick up when I’m on the coast! Most recently enjoyed both breakfast and lunch sandwiches when visiting a friend in the hospital.
