The only thing that they can improve is using real chunks of Apple in Apple turnover instead of finely blended apple sauce. I will return for sure to try their almond croissant!!
I grabbed a lemon blueberry muffin from here the other day, and it was great. Just a really nice muffin, served by a wonderfully friendly and smiling staff member. Well priced product and great quality. How can you go wrong?
Just Right. Only in Vancouver for one night and found this place for breakfast. I had their savoury scone which was deliciously made with Herb de Provence. My husband had a raisen pastry as well as the sugar brioche. When we return to Vancouver I want to sample their mini desserts...all of them. Lastly, our coffee was steaming hot and delicious. Such a great way to start the day.
Great croissants !. The girl and I are suckers for croissants. We purchased an almond croissant and an almond chocolate croissant. The staff was kind of passive but nothing bad. <br/ <br/ The almond croissant had a nice pasty filling and tasted great like a double baked one should. The almond chocolate croissant surprised me. From my initial standpoint, I thought it was simply a chocolate croissant with some almonds sprinkled on top, but to my surprise, it also had a layer of the creamy almond paste on top of the chocolate. What a pleasant surprise !<br/ <br/ Priced at $3.35 each I believe, they were definitely a steal. I still can't believe the almond chocolate was priced the same as the almond but man, those were some good croissants ! Highly recommend.
Great downtown bakery. Tried their almond croissant with an americano today and loved it. It was fresh with the right amount of crunch and the right amount of cream. Will definitely go back for more.
