Contribuisci feedbackRedBeef Noodle Kitchen serves a variety of Taiwanese food from their popular beef noodles to appetizer dishes like xiaolongbao, popcorn chicken, wonton soup, and bubble tea.I ordered the signature beef noodle which came with a small side dish of pickled mustard greens. The dish came piping hot with generous soup, noodles, and beef. The beef was really soft and easy to eat. The noodles had a very nice bouncy texture. The soup was overly red and the taste was different from the traditional beef noodle soup. Overall the taste was 3/5 as the flavour left a lot to be desired. The restaurant also requires a bit of a makeover and it looks slightly run down.
This place blew my mind In flavour and delight! I’ve never had such amazing rich flavours exploding in my mouth for the whole time I was eating! The beans were perfectly cooked and not all soggy and soft they were crisp and perfect! The salt and pepper popcorn chicken was also out of This world in flavour and the way that it melted in my mouth ! All I can say is you gotta try it to believe what I am talking about!!And lastly I had the sauce covered beef tendon and let me tell you it was so soft and delicate it tasted like heaven! Way to go I can’t wait to try more items off menu soon ! Thanks so much 10/10 !Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie items on menuDietary restrictions: Vegan and veggie optionsParking: Lots nearby parkingKid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly item’s on menuWheelchair accessibility: Easy access
Very modern atmosphere in old Chinatown. The food was very good, and it came out within a reasonable amount of time. Their 紅燒牛肉麵 (Red-braised beef noodles) was in their namesake, so I had to get that. Not bad. Just a bit of spiciness for kicks. Nice flavor for their broth. Their noodles were al dente, which is the way I like it. Plus, their meats were a nice thick cut. I think the Meat:Noodles:Broth ratio was quick good. Finished the noodles and the meat, with just enough meat to try only with the broth. That's what I look for!Their 小籠包 was good, although it was a bit more on the sweet side with the broth that's inside. Still, pretty good though.Service was pretty quick, and even when there were customers piling outside, the staff didn't rush us, and let us take our time.
Genuinely the best noodle soup I've had to date. The beef was absolute perfection and the portion was refreshingly generous. Everything else was simply incredible too.
I’ve been to their Kits location and the one here on main both of them are very good. Went here after a pottery class with some friends and got the signature beef bowl and also some squid and a iced green tea with coconut jelly ??with the weather getting a bit chilly the beef soup is so so good and has so much depth of flavour. Super comforting and I can’t finish a whole bowl and will bring home my leftovers and it will still taste so good a couple days later!
