White Spot (best Western)

The service started off good but ended very poorly. My tea that cost almost 5 dollars was undrinkable. It was more like warm water without any color. With breakfast there were only pork options. Bacon pork sausage or him. If you don’t eat pork you’re out of luck.After asking for the bell we had to wait 20 minutes I don’t think I will be going back to that location.Dietary restrictions: For breakfast there were only pork options, bacon, pork, sausage, or ham. If you do not eat pork you’re out of luck.

Got the Impossible Burger and fries today at lunch. The food was good and the service was amazing. I had such a nice conversation with my server Amy, she was attentive and extremely pleasant to chat with.

Had to wait 45 minutes for a drink, a kids order, an appy and 1 meal. We ended up cancelling everything except the children’s meal, which we took to go. The place was not packed either. Very poor service especially considering they are so close to the airport.

We ate dinner here at our first night upon arriving at the hotel coming from the airport. We sat down at 8:30 PM and it was very quiet. The bar had a waterfall behind the bottles which was nice. The waiter came to us extremely quickly for both drinks and food. I ordered a $9 'Chocolate ' Milkshake and a $23 Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The Milkshake tasted nothing like Chocolate, and the Fettuccine Alfredo was very rich. My Dad 's burger came out RAW. Whilst the chips/fries were endless, we only asked for 1 extra plate, and when the waiter came and brought it out, she asked us if we wanted another one. We politely said no, but 2 Minutes later, another plate came out. I 'm not sure if it was because it was near closing time or if the restaurant has had a bad reputation for a while, but we didn 't enjoy eating here. The only reason that we ate here was because we didn 't have enough energy to go anywhere else as we had just arrived in Vancouver.

I'm not sure how many stars to give as it's not a clear reflection of the particular location and service. I love this location as it's simple food done well. We enjoy coming here often for brunch and dinner.However, today I was really disappointed in the menu options. I don't particularly care for breakfast So I was hoping to order something from the regular menu at 11:00 while the rest of my family ordered brunch.I was completely limited to five burger choices Out of a pirate pack menu after 11 am for the rest of the day. I am not a fan of burgers and never order them. I come here for their tasty pasta or other entre meals. I was super annoyed that I was unable to order something else from the regular menu and simply had a tea while the rest of the group ate(many others were also wanting items from the regular menu but decided to order from the limited menu as they were all starving and didn't want to drive around looking for another place to eat).As I said, this is not a reflection of the location or the servers or the service. They were all great. I would just rethink pirate pack day.
