Best Carvel on Long Island. Not all franchises are operated equally. This store has the best custom ice cream cakes period. They take pride in their products.

Stopped by today, first time back in about 2 years COVID). Very disappointed! Asked for a small up of Cherry Vanilla, what I was served was a very soft hardly frozen) cherry less counted only 3 small pieces) Carvel on 347 in HAUPPAUGE much better quality.

Unbelievably clueless! The manager has no clue, the kids don't know how to take a simple order! The manager was unable to make a simple ice cream! Ruined my order and it was garbage! Work all day and find this place thinking I could have a nice simple ice cream
