A boss who leaves rather than coming to apologize for the dishes sent to the dining room. A big disappointment. I strongly advise against it, it's not what it was before!!
Scandalous! The boss thinks she 's above it all! She does not hesitate to dismantle her employees in front of the customers! To give us change, she did not hesitate to dig into the tip box of her employees, who have the merit of struggling to offer quality service! However, we ate well, but the kitchen being glazed, you can see what is going on there, namely the cooks who nibble... not very professional... A boss who gives off a lot of nonsense, she calls us corazon when we don 't know each other! She even tried to hire one of us... the total! For us it is a scandal!
We tested the tapas plate : not bad in itself, 16€, for the amount advertised, you don 't expect haute cuisine. Indeed, it 's frozen, not bad in itself, well served and in relation to the price. The vegetables and salad deserve to be of better quality at least. Basque mussels : served without accompaniment. For fries and/or salad it will be extra. Too bad... Same observation as before: given the low price, there are no bad surprises... children 's menu : same thing, chopped steak fries or fillet of hake fries. Sangria tested and not bad, the Basque kir on the other hand is a joke (supposedly patxaran and cream of I don 't know what... mouai... a kir what. And I know what patxaran is, not chances. ASSESSMENT: why not for a quick and cheap snack. To discover good regional products and dishes, run away!
Avoid mussels mariniere which are in water and white wine. Kids menu ok. Too bad because the location is nice. Even when you kindly point out that the mariniere mussels that we left behind, we don't ask you for the reasons. Tired of fake pros. Strongly the establishment of real labels
Originally from the Basque country I wanted to find a good little restaurant for November 1st, what a disappointment!!! Reading your reviews I understand that homemade paella is everyday, empty card the cuisto must be the king of the defrosting program and you microwave. We ask for axoa in the second course, the waitress comes up with something that looked more like tripe than anything else. Finally the dessert, great moment, homemade chocolate fondant and its custard here is the title reality: savannah drowned in custard. Nothing homemade of course. I think they better open a souvenir shop instead. I am disappointed by this restaurant without telling you about the fact that my meal stayed on my stomach for 2 days. . .
