Le Pavillon de Jade - Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Came to this Brown's for first time for a b'day party.

The menu needs a revamp or a a slight redesignI've been here a few times but this time was just for desert.

If you're looking for after work drinks or food, then this is a good place w tv, dim lighting and good foodTheir drinks are usually fine as well.

I've had a take-away from this restaurant on two occasions now. I was very pleased with both meals. The portions were generous, the quality of the food was good, very tasty and the ingredients seemed to be fresh. The price is not cheap but reasonable. For the portion size and food quality, I feel the price was well justified. I've paid a lot more for a lot worse in the past.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I did not eat within the restaurant. So I can not rate the establishment or service. Based on the take-away itself, it would deserve the full 5 stars.

Decor is a little dated. With the big windows it's fun to watch the world go by. Food was average at best while the waiter was very solicitous. Not cheap either.
