Katsura - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

Après 8 ans d'avoir prit mes médicaments à cette pharmacie, j'ai toujours eu un excellent service. Merci et Bravo!!

The worst pharmacy... I arrived with a product (a $15 phone charger that they sell at the checkout, bought the day before, that doesn't work... super polite I explained that it doesn't work and I would like to get a refund... the cashier looked up and asked the manager up front, saying it's the same problem as in the morning, I can't handle it, just tell him... The troll with white short hair arrives and says that this does not reimburse... In the morning, they also refused to refund me without even saying hello as if I bothered them... I told her it doesn't say that it's not refundable. She told me the cashier told you yesterday...but no... and she looked at me as if I were a criminal and they were waiting for me to leave. I will never go back there and urge everyone to do the same.

Initially, I received very good service, but over the past 4 months, the customer service, especially over the phone, has been poor. On several occasions, I was met with rude responses or made to feel like I was bothering them, despite being a regular customer who spent a significant amount at the pharmacy each month. Now, I have switched to Brunet on the other side of the street, and when I call, I do not feel like I am bothering them. A piece of advice I can offer is to pay attention to how you treat people who call you. Good luck.

Le temps de faire une ordonnance est plus long que beaucoup d'autre place cependant le personnel est TRÈS gentil jamais eu autant bon service dans une pharmacie

Service à clientèle excellent en personne....mais le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas. J'essaie d'appeler car mon médecin a envoyé une prescription par fax.....
