McDonald's - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

Very bad customer service manager. Told me to go eat at Burger King. Also told me to go to USA McDonald’s. I tried using an offer code and it did not work at this location. Store Manager with bad attitude….this only happens in Quebec. I travel many countries and never experienced this kind of abuse.

This restaurant is a great place to go for breakfast or lunch. It is incredibly clean, which sets it apart from others. They offer good deals for both individuals and families. Simply put, it's an excellent choice.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, you finally reach the second window at the restaurant. However, you are then asked to wait in a second line to prevent any delays in the drive-thru times. This results in a total wait time of 30-35 minutes from when you arrived at the restaurant to when you finally receive your meal. My hypothesis is that the restaurant may not have enough staff scheduled during peak meal times.

We waited for 20 minutes just for one cup of tea! I got my tea only after I followed up. And we weren't the only ones who waited too long.

The service is great, clean and food is well prepared. I recommend it
