Contribuisci feedbackVery unpleasant experience. I went there on December 24 coming back from work. I ordered a hot chocolate. Once I got to the drive-thru window, I smiled at the employee but she didn't look at me and started arguing with her colleague over an order. Once their conversation was over, I was able to pay and she gave me my order without saying anything to me. I then wished her happy holidays with a smile and she looked at me without saying anything and I left the drive-thru. That's it for the customer service part. As for hot chocolate, you can trust the image to imagine the taste... It's one of the worst things I've ever ingested in my life. It really felt like I was drinking water that came from the toilet. I don't really recommend this branch.
This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They didn’t take our orders properly, and the food we received was incorrect. I’m not sure how the owner puts up with this. It felt like a bunch of people were just arguing with each other. One of the staff members taking orders really seemed overwhelmed.
During the week in the morning I always have good and fast service!
I ask for a large coffee 3 cream 2 sucks go ahead and 1x out of 4 I don't have my coffee request and I'm too far away to become again the way they looked at me when I made a sign to keep the money but the package was frustrating because I only left a 1.25 tip. I love coming here for my meals they always do a great job and never make mistakes they always communicate and make sure I have all that I ordered great team and loving
