Mcdonald's - Saint Jerome

As I said, service can be better, food can be better, ambiance sucks, but please don't massacre my McFlurry like that, it's half done, most of the powder isn't mixed up. Half the ice cream is not present (I didn't eat it . Pls give me what I ordered for (it's 28° outside for god sake :c

I just did a mobile app order at the Walmart McDonalds in St Jerome, Walmart. I was a few mins late because I made keys in Walmart. The McDonald’s manager Felix was awesome and understanding and friendly (btw this would have been a 5 STAR! . Until i took a sip of my ice cafe extra cream and no sugar liquid, but there was sugar. Its ok accidents do happen, BUT the young cashier was rude and dismissive, are you sure? Yes, i know the difference with or without sugar in the ice cafe! She reluctantly made it and hands it to me BUT no straw lol?! I ask twice and ignored me, the next client had to get her attention to inform me of a straw. Garbage service clientele service from the young cashier 1 Star but Felix raised it up, sorry Felix but because of her its only a 3 Star. Suggestion: re train her to be friendlier and more competent. Cheers!

The food is as good as you'd expect, but the presentation leaves much to be desired. The service is quite quick, but it seems like they don't put much effort into keeping the restaurant clean.
