We unfortunately had to settle for bunless burgers which wasn't that great. I am sure this is an isolated issue, but never the less we weren't happy with out meal.
This is one of our family choices when we go to the States so, finding one here is great. A bit more expensive if you are alone then McDonald's but far better and bigger portions. One fry is enough for two and the big one for four...and you get a free refill here of the fries in the large size.Fontaine drinks with refills and lot's of fillings for the burger. I take a small one cause they end up so big with the fillings!just love the peanuts while waiting
Not everyone enjoys meat, so if you're hoping to have a veggie burger at Five Guys while your family eats regular burgers, think again. Their version of a veggie burger consists of cold, precooked veggies like onions and mushrooms on a un-toasted and stale bun. This results in a soggy and cold mess when you pick it up at the counter. The "cheese" they use is just Kraft orange slices that turn your veggie burger into mush. The fries were cold, my husband's meat was cold and chewy, and my kids didn't even finish their meals. For a family of four, we ended up spending almost $50! When I asked the counter clerk about my burger, he just shrugged. I then pointed out a hairnet on the counter where they deliver the food (seriously, hygiene please!), and he just grabbed it and walked away. The service is just as sloppy as the food. Save your money and go to A&W instead; it's tastier, cheaper, friendlier, and quicker. It took at least 15 minutes for our order to be ready - not exactly fast food in my book.
