Le Cerbere Resto-pub - Saint-Jérôme

The place is very beautiful; the shows are amazing, good choice of beer on tape and cocktails, limited wine selection. But as far as it goes. It took 1h30 min to get our appetizers (nachos and spicy frits not rocket science, we had also ordered 24 wings, but we were later told that they had none because they forgot to order inventory. No good sign in an event night!!!! We got our meals later on the presentation was ok, that is it I ordered a burger that the decor raves over, if was disappointing, I cried cold, the burger bungalow so that it could have drove a nail into the table, my friends ordered a tortar that was ok not great, the other one a garden salad that should be served to a farm animal, not a person the vegetables was so big Unacceptable. The manager is clearly incapable and over his head, the facility is too much to handle for him, he would do better in a small fast food place. Our waitress never came to see how we did, or if we needed anything else, another waiter took responsibility and tried to solve the problem that he brought both the salad and the burger into the kitchen both untouched and credited them from our bill, he offered us fireball guns. This waiter is management material and took incentive to try to make the thing right.

Excellent food, great service, must try the “Poutine Desserts ”. Many drinks option. Will return

We should play golf today in Lachute with our two sons, but the weather came in the way. So we were looking for a place for lunch between their two houses. Quebec just opens up from the COVID lock, so our decisions... were small. But what a great choice was Le Cerbère! The houseberries were very good. For lunch I had the club sandwich and my wife had the salmon star. It wasn't your usual pub food! I never had a chicken club sandwich that was so good! It had grilled country style bread, spicy Mayo, homemade pommes and salad. Very delicious! The salmon stare was very tasteful and all portion sizes were more than enough. Not your average pub food :

We thought there was a lunch last Saturday, dressed by the great reviews. We were not disappointed! The place is great (loving terrace on the back), the staff is super nice and the food is delicious. They carefully select the ingredients, make everything from scratch... what pub food takes to the next level. Do not hesitate to visit them if you are nearby!

Good food, great variety of alcool, nice decorations and the staffs are amazing, event in pandemic time.
