Contribuisci feedbackI have attended numerous weddings at this venue in the past, but I would like to know if anyone has current information about the current status of this wonderful place. Please update this reviewer at your earliest convenience. Thank you!
We recently took advantage of a special offer from Tuango and visited this wonderful restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly owners and staff. We were taken by boat to the island where the majestic manor is located. The views of the area were stunning, with impressive vineyards and buildings. The owner personally gave us a tour of the winery, explaining the process of winemaking and the challenges it presents. The wines we tasted were of good quality, although a bit sweeter than we prefer. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, helping us make our selections. The new owners, Greg and Karie-Anne, are passionate about their winery and determined to make it a success. We look forward to visiting again before the season ends.
My wife and I don't speak French, but the owner and staff at Domaine de l'Île Ronde were very accommodating. This was my third visit and my wife's first. The food was excellent as it had been during my previous visits. This time, we tried the tasting menu and wine pairing. The new owner was attentive and we were able to communicate in English. It seems that the previous owner may have gone bankrupt, but we didn't experience any issues and enjoyed our time at the restaurant. We will definitely be back for another visit.
I really hope the owner reads this review because I know others. Word of mouth is so important in business and customers have a lot of power. I went with a big group to this beautiful place. I knew I was there for a month in advance so I knew that ignorance had to know, but our welcome would have been more friendly. The voyage to the island was probably my favorite part! The original owner explained the story and answered questions on the tour, he was friendly and very informed. The financial backer/co owner was not friendly and should really take customer service lessons. With a place this beautiful with so much potential the lack of heat and bad service overwhelms it. Too bad because they have such a nice place. The table service was bad until I took the owner aside and made me complain... that should not be necessary. The food was okay, I guess my expectations were too high. I'd like to go back, but like one of the reviews I've read, I'll wait until I hear from improvements.
I Celebrated Many Wedding Ceremonies here in the past, however, I would like to know IF Anyone has Recent Information to the Existence Today of this Amazing Venue? .Please Do Inform This Writer At Your earliest. Appreciated!
