This will be the 2nd time that i've walked into Subway/Irving to get a sub. The first time the guy working the Subway station was very rude to me he was very careless when he was making it..I said lite mayo and he gave...me regular and loaded it on..I believe he was doing this on purpose or possibly he just needs to listen.. I ended up throwing my sub in the garbage because the time i drove to my work which is a 5 mins away...the sub was completed drenched and all the tops were outside of the sub. Well today i walked in and i noticed that it was him again but i decied to give him another chance... perhaps he was just having a bad day . To our suprise he did it again i kindly said.. no thank you told him it was Way to sloppy.. He was also making rude remarks about my coat. He was acting crazy. o.o. I am in my mid 20's and i really have better things to do other then complain but this experience was very upsetting... I drove the Subway on the north end Kayann kindly assisted me.. The reason i can not tell you the name of the guy is because he wasn't even wearing a name tag his clothing was't the cleanest. I go to Subway quite frequently and i believe i've gone through the manager, he has longer hair and he is always very kind and professional. I hope he finds out about this employee before more people stop going to this location.. It is a great location for people that are travelling... not far from the highway.. Is this what we want other people to think of us Saint Johners? I can describe the guy working i may be giving Garden St Irving a call this week.
Fast and welcoming service. Reliable and consistent menu options. Great place to grab a meal without feeling rushed!
I purchased a chicken and bacon foot long sandwich at Subway while traveling on the road in Irving. The sandwich was filled with mayo, salad, tomatoes, green pepper, cheese, and onion. It was delicious. I also received a free voucher for a chicken sandwich for tomorrow with my purchase. I ordered a soda as well, and the total cost was $13, which I found to be very reasonable.
Metro is in Saint John must take lessons from this place as you keep your bread soft a fresh!
