Very good... but if you leave your table to receive a refill or toilet, they will be your table.. happened more than a single place and both times with food on plates.. 2. We left key on table and came back to the deleted table with key in the middle. Eating is usually always on point!

My family ate here tonight. Everything was good until I sent my girls (13 and 8) to the toilet room before we left. I was just in the bathroom. I saw a young man coming in. I chased him to tell him my girls are in there. He looked at me like I was crazy. I had to say my GIRLS are here 3x and had to finally say GET OUT before he finally left. He did not seem to understand why it was unsuitable for him to be there while my daughter used the toilet. It was pretty shocking. Be alert, parents!

The food is pretty good, but they're so slow. And there's a ton of people working. In a slow week night there were 5 girls at the counter who were standing around when it took 20 minutes to get chicken teeth when we were pretty the only family there.

Order of delivery. My Bf?s pizza was your own and it was delicious. He let me have a few of him because mine was really terrible, and that's hard to say about pizza. I have the fresh mozzarella with basil and they gave me a small leaf. Lol? the mozzarella was hardened and cold and the whole cheese came out of every single layer (not as it does when hot, it just came like clay). I might have got an unfortunate hit that's cold, but that's a sheet of basil that's just pitiful. I will try it in the future, but please add more basil! We also paid extra for the sausage on the pizza and there was also not much of it.

We had a bad experience at the Loop on State Rd 13 with takeout last year. My husband bit into a burger and pulled out the meat paper that was cooked with his patty on the first bite. Thinking things may have changed since the pandemic we once again tried takeout. I had a salad and was almost finished and decided to dip a French fry in the last of my ranch dressing. As I did, a black hair came up out of the ranch. I could not be more disgusted. I thought I would share because I am seriously concerned about kitchen and cleanliness standards at this location. Beware.
